InPost breaks records in Europe. Rafał Brzoska announces a new chapter of development


InPost Group achieved PLN 14.7 billion in revenues in 2025, which means an increase of 34%. year to year. At the same time, the number of Paczkomat machines increased to over 61,000., and the entire network of out-of-home points exceeded 94,000. locations in Europe.

“2025 was another period of dynamic development for InPost. We achieved record results both in terms of volume and revenues,” emphasizes Rafał Brzoska, founder and CEO of the company, in the press release.
InPost. Record quarter and growing volumes
The end of the year was particularly intense. In the fourth quarter of 2025, InPost delivered 417.6 million parcels (+30% y/y), and revenues increased to PLN 4.5 billion (+32.6% y/y).
The largest increase was recorded in Great Britain (+240% of volume), which was the result of integration with Yodel. Strong results were also recorded in the euro zone (+23%), while in Poland the increase was 5%.
“We have strengthened our leading position on the European market while integrating newly acquired companies and continuing to invest in our network, technology and operations,” adds Brzoska.
Poland is still the pillar of InPost's profits
Poland remains a key market for the company. In 2025, InPost handled over 763 million parcels here, and revenues reached PLN 7.2 billion.
As the company emphasizes in its announcement, the domestic segment is characterized by high profitability – the EBITDA margin was approximately 49% and free cash flow exceeded PLN 1.6 billion.
“In Poland, we maintain the status of customers' favorite brand, which directly translates into their commitment and the scale of use of our services” – notes the CEO.
InPost marks its presence in Europe
InPost is consistently increasing its presence in Europe. In the euro zone, it handled almost 340 million parcels (+17% y/y), and revenues increased to nearly PLN 4 billion.
“Parcel locker machines are quickly gaining popularity as the preferred delivery choice, and our presence on the continent is systematically growing” — indicates Brzoska.
The development of the parcel machine network and the growing share of the B2C segment play a key role.
UK: growth at the expense of profitability
After the acquisition of Yodel, the company is dynamically expanding its operations in Great Britain. The volume of shipments there increased by 181% and revenues more than tripled. However, this segment remains unprofitable for now.
“Investment in the UK is focused on operational transformation and improving service quality, which is key to long-term profitability,” explains Brzoska.

Investments and technology development
In 2025, InPost allocated PLN 1.8 billion for investments. Nearly 70 percent This amount went to the development of the parcel machine networkand the rest for IT technologies and solutions based on artificial intelligence.
“We continue to set ourselves the goal of transforming European e-commerce through an innovative out-of-home delivery model and maximizing operational synergies,” emphasizes the CEO.

InPost's ambitious plans for 2026
The company plans further expansion – in 2026 it wants to launch over 20,000. new parcel machines.
The forecasts quoted in the announcement assume an increase in volumes by several percent year on year, with stable profitability.
“We are entering a new chapter of development, in which scale, quality of services and operational efficiency will be key,” summarizes Rafał Brzoska.
