For insurers, Mtręczka includes The possibility of greater automation of registration and liquidation of communication damages.
“Thanks to the automatic supplementation of insurance data, the risk of errors or inaccuracies that may arise when preparing a paper statement is also minimized,” it was explained in a press release.
During the conference, the ministry announced that Mtręczka had two independent functions. The first is the writing of a statement by persons driving vehicles participating in the collision, the second is to report damage to the insurer by the injured person.
Drivers can draw up a statement if both parties have a mobiatic application and are consistent who is the perpetrator and whoever the victims, but the vehicles they were driving during the event must be registered in Poland.
You can immediately attach vehicle photos and photos from the scene. It is worth remembering that the marshmallow can be used when only vehicles were damaged as a result of the incident and no one was injured.
Reporting damage to the insurer is a separate function in the Mstłuczka service. After preparing the statement, the driver may collect them or report damage to the insurer. The notification sent by the mobitiel is registered by the insurer right away and its service takes place electronically. Taking advantage of this possibility can accelerate and simplify the process of reporting damage.
Mtręczka in the mobile is a service prepared by the Central Information Technology Center (COI) and the Insurance Guarantee Fund (UFG) in cooperation with the Polish Insurance Association (PIU) and insurers.
The Insurance Guarantee Fund acts as an integrator of the Mstłuczka service in the project with insurers' systems and the State Register – the Central Vehicle Records.
“The fund provides insurers with access to the highest quality verified data on road events, which will certainly benefit to all interested parties,” said UFG Vice President Radosław Bedyński.
In addition, it was announced that in the coming months the Central Information Technology Center will be working on adding subsequent categories of events to Msłczucza. Among other things, a function is to appear, which allows you to write a statement to a larger number of drivers in the case of multilateral events.
A virtual assistant, i.e. a chatbot based on artificial intelligence, is to act as information support and facilitate formalities using a mobile. After its implementation, drivers will also be able to get tips and hints from the assistant when writing the statement and reporting damage. (PAP Biznes)
