A teenage girl slapped by a pensioner who hit her with a bicycle filed a complaint with the police. The man had entered the track intended for cyclists

A 16-year-old girl from Reșita filed a complaint with the Police after she was slapped by a 69-year-old man, following an incident on a bicycle path. The man had been hooked and thrown onto the sidewalk.

The incident took place on Monday evening, on the track on Bulevardul Republicii, according to News.ro.
The police were notified by 112 that a person has fallen on the street. The first checks showed that the pedestrian would have entered the track intended for cyclists, at which point he was hit by the teenager, according to the Caraș-Severin County Police Inspectorate.
After the impact, a spontaneous conflict broke out between the two, and the man allegedly slapped the minor.
The pensioner was taken to hospital for medical treatment, but did not wish to press charges for personal injury.
The minor was tested with the breathalyzer, the result was negative.
Initially, the girl did not file a complaint for assault, but on Tuesday, March 17, she appeared at the Reșita Municipality Police and filed a report for hitting or other violence.
The investigations continue under the coordination of the Prosecutor's Office attached to the Reșita Court.
