In Krasnoyarsk, a young man will appear in court who, for money, registered more than 20 foreigners in his apartment. This was reported to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the region.
The fact of fictitious registration was discovered by the local police commissioner when checking the accuracy of migration registration information. During the investigation, law enforcement officers found out that from November 2024 to April 2025, a 21-year-old resident of Krasnoyarsk, previously convicted of a property crime, registered 22 foreign citizens in an apartment on Svetlova Street.
For the service provided, the guy charged a fee in the amount of 2.5 to 5 thousand rubles, depending on the registration period. At the same time, he himself lived in the same apartment where he registered foreigners.
A criminal case was initiated and investigated against the young Krasnoyarsk resident under Art. 322.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fictitious registration of a foreign citizen or stateless person at the place of stay in the Russian Federation). The guy faces up to 5 years in prison.
Now the attacker is under recognizance not to leave the place and proper behavior.
