Karol Nawrocki met with Polonia. He announced the creation of a special advice

The president and his wife Marta Nawrocka are visiting the USA. On Sunday, the presidential couple visited the National Sanctuary of Our Lady of Częstochowa in Doylestown, called “American Częstochowa”, and also met with Polonia.
The visit of the presidential couple to Doylestown began with the solemn unveiling of the plaque commemorating Prime Minister Jan Olszewski.
The president handed state decorations to distinguished Polish community activists. Anna Maria Anders awarded the Polish Diplomacy and Supporting Polonia for outstanding merits in diplomacy and supporting Polonia with the Commander's Cross. Tadeusz Antoniak, Janusz Romański and Grzegorz Tymiński were also awarded. President Nawrocki emphasized that “the president is not only decorations, although they are very important.”

The Council for Polonia will be built
– It's not just thanks, it's not just speeches and not just words, it's also specific actions. I want to provide Polonia in the United States and Polonia around the world that I will be your president in the dimension of practical activities of the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland – said the president.
The president reminded that he intends to establish a council for Polonia and Poles abroad. – Soon we will also establish a council for Polonia and Poles abroad to bend over the specific problems of Polonia around the world. In order to go out with legislative initiatives, to listen to your voice and to be able to translate it into legislative and legal practice – he said.
Nawrocki thanked Polonia in the USA, emphasizing that he also became president thanks to her representatives. “We are in a special place for our national community, a place with at least three dimensions of uniqueness,” he said.
He noted that the sanctuary has a spiritual, religious dimension, but also a national dimension – cultivating historical values and memory and building a Polish national community. For him – he noted – he also has a personal dimension. He reminded that he was here for the first time 9 years ago, as a serial employee of the Institute of National Remembrance, when he and Grzegorz Tymiński, with Grzegorz Tymiński, revealed the monument to the Cursed Soldiers. He added that he was also here last year, accompanying President Andrzej Duda when he revealed the “Solidarity” monument.
– Today, the President of Poland is and will always be with you in nurturing national memory, our values and what is most important to us – he emphasized.
“Another phase of the great Polish-American friendship”
He noted that the third dimension is our relations with the US, in which the main ambassadors – as he assessed – are representatives of Polonia. He emphasized that they combine their attachment to independence, freedom, democracy and freedom of speech.
Nawrocki reminded that Doylestown was visited by Polish and American presidents who knew that “they could meet Poland here” and see what Poles believe.
He noticed that he considers a common task-his and current US president Donald Trump-to introduce several centuries of Polish-American relations “to the next phase of the great Polish-American friendship”. He emphasized that he considers an alliance from the USA to be extremely important also for the security of our country.
From Monday, the president will start activities related to participation in the debate during the UN General Assembly session. He also plans to meet, among others with UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres, leaders of Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Montenegro and Korea, as well as representatives of American companies.
