Ukrainian restaurateur Evgeniy Klopotenko on his website shared a recipe for a lavash roll with nori added.
“Pita bread with filling is one of the simplest ideas for a quick appetizer or a light snack. It is convenient to prepare, because all you need to do is wrap your favorite ingredients in a thin sheet of lavash, a little sauce – and the dish is ready. A lavash roll can be served on a holiday table, taken with you to work or on the road, or cooked when you want something tasty without spending extra time in the kitchen. The filling is easy to change to your taste, so the lavash turns out a little each time others,” Klopotenko noted.
In this recipe, the cook uses nori seaweed, which is usually added to sushi rolls.
