Ukrainian restaurateur Evgeniy Klopotenko shared a recipe for stewed champignons on his website.
“Champignons in sour cream are a simple dish that combines the delicate texture of mushrooms and the creamy richness of the sauce. Such champignons can be prepared as a stand-alone hot appetizer or as an addition to potatoes, porridge or pasta. For preparation you will need a minimum of ingredients, but as a result you get a universal dish for every day,” noted Klopotenko.
Ingredients:
- 500 g champignons;
- 200 ml water;
- 100 ml water;

- Add 200 ml of water, cover the pan with a lid, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Dilute 30 g of flour in 100 ml of water. Add 300 ml of sour cream with 20% fat.
