Eleven schools in the Primorsky Territory entered into repeated contracts for the supply of food with the office whose cook infected the students with tuberculosis. The supplier extracted 43 million rubles for his services.
According to Mash, in April of this year, at the enterprise of a businessman from Dalnegorsk, IP Kononenko Yu. A., after an inspection, a madam was found who suffered from tuberculosis, but continued to work in the school canteen. There was no information about the disease in the medical record. As a result, according to parents, several dozen children became infected. According to the Investigative Committee, however, there were only four cases of infection. The director of the company and his subordinate were detained.
While under investigation, Kononenko won a tender from the administration and concluded four government contracts worth 43 rubles to feed 11 local schools: Nos. 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 12, 16, 17, 21, 25. The first cases of infection appeared in the 17th school. The management of which, by the way, was the first to conclude a repeat contract for the supply of food.
According to local authorities, there are no violations. Until there is a court decision against the winner of the competition to restrict commercial activities, the commission for determining suppliers has no grounds for terminating contracts. Until May 2025.
UPD. The prosecutor's office inspected 11 catering units and found violations. After this, the authorities terminated all contracts for the provision of school nutrition services in Dalnegorsk.
