“This is a real revolution in the way of shopping. Today we are presenting a new service because we want to be present not only where shopping ends, but also where it begins. It was created for companies that want to operate faster, more effectively and closer to the customer, but above all with our users in mind. We dedicate it to those who already appreciate the potential of AI in searching for the best products and offers, comparing prices and making informed choices,” said Rafał Brzoska, founder and CEO of InPost Group.

As reported, after beta tests, InPost will present a new look of the InPost Mobile application. As part of this update, for over 16 million active users, an AI shopping assistant will be introduced.

“Artificial Intelligence supports the consumer in shopping, not only by answering his inquiries, but also by pointing out trends and upcoming novelties, inspiring purchases and offering advice in purchasing decisions. Thanks to this, InPost has created a fully closed process within one application: from searching and comparing offers, through quick finalization of the transaction thanks to InPost Pay – without the need to complete additional forms, to parcel tracking and delivery, as well as post-purchase support” – it was written.

InPost indicates that this solution will also enable sellers to effectively promote and manage their offer in the face of the changing e-commerce industry.

“Importantly, this solution is not a marketplace and sellers do not pay sales commission to InPostmaintaining full control over margins. The company guarantees partnership treatment and rates, supporting sales growth,” the company said.

So far, over 4,000 people have joined the program. sellers, including Modivo, RTV Euro AGD, X-Kom, Komputronik, Super-Pharm, Cocolita, Lancerto, Bonito, Sferis.
