A group III disabled person robbed the president of the Turkish Denizbank in Moscow. He opened the foreigner’s Audi A6 and pulled out 120k rubles worth of cash.
On September 13, after work, Osman Oguz parked his car on Sergei Makeev Street and went on business. At about seven in the evening, Badri P. approached his car, broke into it and took 90k rubles in an envelope and $300 in cash that were lying nearby.
The thief was detained the next day. He was given a written undertaking not to leave the place.
