The Investigative Committee of Russia drew attention to the situation with a dilapidated house on Alyosha Timoshenkov Street in Krasnoyarsk.
In the comments on the account of the reception office of the chairman of the insurance company, Alexander Bastrykin, on VKontakte, an appeal was posted on the issue of non-resettlement of an apartment building. According to the author, the two-story building, built in 1960, has been in unusable condition for a long time due to deterioration of the structures.
The house on Alyosha Timoshenkov Street was declared unsafe in 2020. Initially, resettlement was planned for 2032, but in 2023 the court postponed the deadline to 2025. Despite this, until now the rights of residents have not been realized.
“The applicant was offered monetary compensation, the amount of which is not enough to purchase equivalent housing. Appeals to the competent authorities did not bring any results,” the Sledkom reported.
The Main Investigative Directorate of the Russian Investigative Committee for the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia opened a criminal case on this fact.
The Chairman of the RF Investigative Committee instructed the head of the regional department, Alexey Eremin, to present a report on the progress and results of the investigation.
The execution of the order is placed under control in the central office of the department.
