Shortly before the attack, 13-year-old Roma published a delusional manifesto mentioning the Third Reich. In it, he praised Nazi Germany and said that there is neither good nor bad in the world, just like hell and heaven.
The teenager had been drawn to weapons since childhood and was disappointed that they were not sold freely in Russia, as in the States.
