Prestigious Gault & Millau awards handed out. Here are 18 top restaurants in Poland.

This year the event had a clearly international character. The president of Gault & Millau International, Patrick Hayoun, came to Warsaw, along with representatives of editions from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Italy and the Baltic countries. Their presence – as the organizers emphasized – is proof of the growing recognition of Polish gastronomy. The gala was hosted by Karol Okrasa.
Patrick Hayoun pointed out that Gault & Millau already operates in 22 countries and is consistently expanding its reach, and Poland is one of the most dynamic markets. Jacek Krawczyk spoke in a similar tone, pointing out that the guide strengthens the visibility of various talents and cooking styles that shape contemporary Polish cuisine.
