KNP “Regional Clinical Hospital named after O.F. Gerbachevsky” commissioned the reconstruction of the reception department for UAH 24.4 million to Volodymyr Klivitenko of the FOP. Overpriced prices were found in the project: building materials, asphalt, equipment are 1.5–4 times more expensive than market prices.
The contractor was awarded the contract without competitionbecause other participants could not fulfill the specific requirements.
Total probable overpayment – up to UAH 800,000
The order will be financed from the regional budget. FOP Klivitenko has already received state contracts worth almost UAH 40 million.
The regional clinical hospital is temporarily headed by Oleksandr Veselovskyi, and the authorized person in matters of procurement is Daryna Hotskivska.
