The Romanian policemen, along with the Moldovan ones, will participate on March 12 in a tactical exercise in the Republic of Moldova, inform the officials of the General Police Inspectorate (IGP) from the neighboring country.

According to the IGP representatives, the tactical exercise will take place in the first part of the day in the Ungheni district of the Republic of Moldova.
“The action is a simulation of situations that require the rapid intervention of law enforcement, in order to practice how the police manage complex events and to train their equipment and specialized personnel. Masks from BPDS “Fulger” and those from the Service for Special Actions within IPJ Iași will participate”. added the employees of the Moldovan structure.
The employees of the General Police Inspectorate also point out that, as part of the tactical exercise, the Chisinau-Ungheni route will also include armored vehicles, urging people not to panic at the sight of them.
“We urge you not to be alarmed and avoid spreading false information – it's just a training exercise,” the police concluded.
