Lie on your back, bend your knees and lift them up. Stretch your arms up. Now slowly straighten and lower your right leg, while extending your left arm. Do 20 repetitions, alternating sides. Make sure that your lower back is pressed to the floor during the exercise, your stomach is tucked in, and your breathing is even.

“Thread the Needle”

Get on all fours, stretch your right hand towards the ceiling, following your hand with your eyes. Move your hand under your body, touching the mat with your shoulder. Repeat 20 times on each side.
