The head of the Investigative Committee took control of the case of the attack and catching of stray dogs in Nazarovo

Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin ordered to report on a criminal case about the improper organization of catching stray dogs in the city of Nazarovo, Krasnoyarsk Territory.

Social networks reported on the inaction of specialized structures when organizing the capture of stray dogs in Nazarovo. For a long time, a large number of ownerless animals live near residential buildings, educational and medical institutions, which systematically attack citizens, including children. Despite the existing violations, no measures are taken to catch them.

A criminal case has been initiated at the Main Investigative Directorate of Russia for the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia.

Alexander Bastrykin instructed the head of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia, Alexey Eremin, to report on the preliminary and final results of the investigation of the criminal case.

The execution of the order is placed under control in the central office of the department.
