Elias Charalambous came to FCSB in 2023. During his time at the red-blue team, the Cypriot technician won two championship titles and two Romanian Supercups. He also achieved a remarkable European career in the 2024-2025 season, when he led the Bucharest team to the round of 16 in the UEFA Europa League.
