I do not leave the garden empty after harvesting: 12 crops extend the season until the first frosts

Empty beds after harvesting radishes or garlic in July is like a salary left on the table! Why lose the crop, if you can sow the garden again, collecting fresh vegetables until November? The Channel “Perfect Garden” on DZEN.RU (16+) is divided by the secrets of repeated crops.

How to cook beds?

Day One: Remove all the remains of plants and weeds so as not to produce diseases. No digging – loosen with a plane cutter by 5 – 7 cm so as not to spoil the soil.

Day second: add 25 g of complex mineral fertilizer per square meter (do not take manure, it is too “hot” for delicate seedlings). Then spill the bed with warm water 15 – 20 cm and cover with a non -cup for a day. After 48 hours you can sow!

In July, you can sow the peas “alpha” (ready by September), radishes “Sax” (harvest after a month), spinach and dill – they grow in any weather. In August, when the heat subsides, plant the radish “Winter Round Black” (200 – 300 g by October), Moscow Sajooped Power Salad and a pen on the pen. Beijing cabbage and Korus – salad – stars of the end of August, give a crop by September. In September, drive parsley, arugula, coriander and leaf mustard -they are not afraid of colds up to -1 degrees. In order for everything to rise, make “warm beds”: a layer of grass 10 cm, the earth – seeds sprout 3 to 4 days faster. And plastic bottles like mini – greenhouses save from night colds.
