I remove a double chin in 3 minutes a day: I do a mini-complex for the lazy – the contour is clear in a couple of weeks

To improve your jawline and get rid of a fuzzy outline, you don’t need to go to a cosmetologist or buy devices. Noticeable results can be achieved in a few weeks by performing a short set of 3 simple exercises that takes only 3-4 minutes. It activates the platysma, neck muscles and improves skin tone.

Experienced specialists recommend this lightweight complex, which is easy to fit even during a break between tasks.

1. Kiss the ceiling

Stand straight, shoulders down. Slowly tilt your head back, looking at the ceiling. Pull your lower jaw forward, feeling the stretch under your chin. Hold for 2-3 seconds at the end point. As you inhale, smoothly return to the starting position. Repeat 12–15 times.

2. Chin resistance

Sit at the table, lean on your elbows. Place your fist under your chin. As you exhale, press your chin onto your fist, resisting with your hand. Hold the tension for 5 seconds without holding your breath. Perform for 1 minute, controlling each movement.

3. Neck traction

Clasp your hands at the back of your head. Slowly tilt your head forward, applying slight pressure with your hands. Feel the stretch in the back of your neck. The movement should be smooth, without jerking. Perform 10 inclines at a slow pace.

Breathe evenly: exhale when pushing, inhale when returning. Focus on quality, not speed. Make movements consciously, feeling the work of your muscles.

For visible results, perform the complex daily or every other day. After just 5-7 days you will notice that your posture has improved, and after 10-14 days your jaw line will become clearer.
