The shooting in Mytishchi was carried out by one of the owners of summer houses, which were demolished by unknown assailants near the Pirogovsky reservoir.
Shortly before the fuss, armed masked men arrived there along with two tractors and destroyed the buildings. The 46-year-old shooter was detained and is now being interrogated at the fourth police department.
