The Orlen refinery in Kralupy is taking a break. Relaunch in May

Orlen Unipetrol will begin a planned break in the operation of its refinery in Kralupy – Orlen Unipetrol announced in a press release. The shutdown will begin on March 17, and individual production technologies will be shut down from March 11. The refinery is scheduled to be restarted in early May.

The production plant will undergo comprehensive maintenance and modernization.

General renovations of the refinery are carried out by Orlen Unipetrol in approximately four-year cycles. The previous interruption in the operation of the refinery took place in spring 2022. (PAP Business)
