FC Rapid 1923 vs. SC Dinamo 1948 SA – Incidents – Pursuant to art. 82.1 and 3 a and c, related to art. 83.2.d of the RD, the club FC RAPID 1923 SA is sanctioned with a sports penalty of 60,000 lei.
Pursuant to art. 82.1 and 3 b, related to art. 83.2.c of the RD, with the application of art. 54.2, from the RD, the club FC RAPID 1923 SA is sanctioned with a sports penalty of 25,312.5 lei.
In accordance with art. 45.1, of the RD, will execute the sanction for the most serious violation, provided by art. 83.2.d of the RD, respectively sports penalty of 60,000 lei.– sanction received by Rapid

The reason for the sanctions received by Rapid and Dinamo
For the introduction of alcoholic beverages, explosive, incendiary and fumigant objects and materials, toxic, hallucinogenic and irritating substances, other objects that were used by spectators in actions to disturb public order or that may contribute to the production of acts of violence into the stadium, and for igniting or throwing the mentioned objects towards other spectators or towards/into the playing field, FC Rapid received a sports penalty of 60,000 lei, according to news.ro.
Rapid was fined 25,312.5 lei for displaying racist, xenophobic and offensive inscriptions in any form, chanting offensive and obscene words/expressions or making offensive sounds.
FC Dinamo received a sports penalty of 25,312.5 lei for the introduction into the venues of the games of alcoholic beverages, explosive, incendiary and fumigant objects and materials, toxic, hallucinogenic and irritating substances, other objects that were used by spectators in actions to disturb public order or that may contribute to the production of acts of violence and for igniting or throwing the mentioned objects towards other spectators or towards/into the playing field game.

In both situations, the penalty for the most serious offense will be enforced.
