In Krasnoyarsk, large cracks appeared on another house on Robespierre Street. We are talking about a brick 4-story building at 23 Robespierre (its second address is Kazarmenny, 2).
Residents said that a few weeks ago they discovered cracks on the facade of the house and in the first entrance. Specialists from the management company placed beacons on the cracks and promised to monitor their condition, noting that there was no money in the house account for repairs.
The building at 23 Robespierre is located less than 100 meters from house number 114 on Bograda Street. There was a sinkhole underneath it last summer. Experts then said that difficult soils were to blame. Repair of the building with the installation of additional concrete piles in the basement allowed residents to return to their apartments, but the house was still recognized as unsafe and subject to resettlement.
The Department of Municipal Economy and Transport of the Krasnoyarsk City Hall explained that they are aware of the situation. The house on Robespierre, 23 is included in the list of buildings, the inspection of which is planned after the incident with the house on Bograda, 114.
