Ingredients:
Ground coffee – 100 g
Brown sugar – 3 tablespoons
Coconut or olive oil – 50 ml
Liquid honey – 1 tablespoon
Vitamin E capsules – 2 pieces
Orange essential oil – 5 drops
Preparation of the base:
- Mix coffee and brown sugar in a dry bowl until smooth.
- Add melted coconut oil and liquid honey, mix thoroughly.
- Puncture vitamin E capsules and squeeze contents into mixture.
- Add a drop of essential oil for aroma and mix again until it becomes a moist paste.
- Place the scrub into a clean glass jar with a lid.
Application:
- Take a warm shower to steam your skin.
- Apply the mixture to a damp body with massaging movements, paying attention to problem areas.

- Rinse off with warm water without using soap.
