Warning, shocking images! The film of the accident caused by Kader Keita in Bucharest

At 05:49 on Tuesday morning, on Gherghiței street in Bucharest, a woman tried to cross legally, using the pedestrian crossing.

She stopped in the lane she had managed to cross, avoiding in time the collision with a 3.5-ton van, which was driving at a speed well above the average accepted in the locality, according to the images.

After the van passed the pedestrian crossing, the 68-year-old woman continued crossing, but just a fraction of a second later she was hit head-on by another car, driven by Kader Keita, who braked too late to avoid the collision.

Afterwards, the Rapid football player decided to leave the scene of the accident immediately, before the Police came and ascertained the circumstances.

The footballer from the Ivory Coast then went to training and did not reveal to anyone at the club the situation he had created during the morning. Later, Keita was identified by the police and was detained for 24 hours, to be tried at the Bucharest Court.

The victim was transported to the hospital with a fracture to the right leg, first-degree cranio-cerebral trauma and vertebro-cervical trauma.
