FCSB boss Gigi Becali has said which opponent he would like his team to face in the event of a possible Conference League play-off against a Superliga play-off team.
FCSB will play this season for the first time in the play-out, and the champion still has a chance to win European cups. If it ranks in one of the first two places, it will play a play-off match with the best team in the play-out.
In case of a victory, FCSB will play a decisive match for the Conference League with the 3rd or 4th place in the play-off, depending on who will win the Romanian Cup.

Becali would like the opponent in the play-off to be one of the two teams from Cluj, “U” or CFR. He would like his team to avoid Dinamo and Rapid because of the rivalry. Craiova and FC Argeș are the other teams in the play-off.
