In Krasnoyarsk, an arbitration court ordered an entrepreneur to dismantle an unecological heating boiler, said First Deputy Minister of Ecology Yulia Gumenyuk.
She said that the ministry appealed to court against an individual entrepreneur who heated her premises with an old stove with manual fuel supply. Judging by the photographs, there was a pile of coal on the territory of the enterprise, and the furnace itself was in poor condition — The photograph shows poorly repaired cracks and chipped plaster.
“Earlier, the activities of an individual entrepreneur revealed violations of the government decree of the Krasnoyarsk Territory 779-p on the “ban” of coal. The court ordered the defendant to dismantle this boiler», — explained Yulia Gumenyuk.
Let us remind you that in 2025 in Krasnoyarsk, Achinsk, Minusinsk and Lesosibirsk it is prohibited to use brown coal and outdated boilers with manual fuel supply for heating industrial premises. This should help in comprehensively solving environmental problems. The boilers need to be replaced with automatic solid fuel ones, the government is providing support for this.
