This approach, in his opinion, will allow you to leave a potential opponent of Europe in bewilderment regarding who exactly can inflict a nuclear blow to him.
Another option, which was proposed by the head of the XDS/CSS faction, is to develop a new pan -European nuclear weapon, which will belong to all European countries included in the NATO block. RPPA noted that Germany in this process should play the role of a leader.
