According to the joint press service of the courts, the teenager got a job as a drug courier after he saw graffiti advertising an illegal store on the wall of his house. At home, he followed the link, received instructions and went to Krasnoyarsk to buy the “goods.”

Having taken the drug from the cache, the boy brought it home, and the next day, on the way to school, he made a bookmark. But he couldn’t resist and decided to try the banned substance himself. After drinking, he became ill, and the teenager fell into the hands of the police. There he indicated the place where he hid the package, which the court later took into account as a mitigating circumstance.

In court, the student admitted his guilt and repented. But this did not save him from a serious sentence. The court qualified the actions as an attempt to sell drugs as part of an organized group via the Internet (part 3 of article 30, paragraph “a” of part 4 of article 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Sentence: 4 years in prison in a correctional colony.
