A large fire has been raging for several days around an aviation training ground in the Ryazan region. The reason is abnormal heat, lack of rain for 1.5 months and strong winds.
The fire has already destroyed the villages of Bogdanovo, Izhevskoye and Voskresenovka – more than 70 plots with houses were completely burned. The elements are already approaching the civilian airfield of Krutitsy.
Smoke may overtake the Moscow region in the next couple of days, as it did two years ago – then dead wood and peat bogs were burning.
