What to drink so as not to eat: top 5 effective drinks for weight loss

Dieters know about fat-burning foods. But few people know that drinks also help you lose weight. Of course, if you eat only fast food and sit at the computer all day, not a single drink will help you lose weight, but if you eat right and exercise, then some liquids will help you lose extra pounds faster. Nutritionist Elena Solomatina spoke about which drinks allow you to lose weight.

So, here is a rating of the most effective drinks for losing weight from an expert:

  • Sassi drink. To prepare it, you need to chop cucumber, ginger root, mint, lemon, add water and leave for several hours. This drink tones, speeds up metabolism, promotes more active digestion of food and provides an additional diuretic effect;
  • drinks to help you sleep. These include cherry or cherry juice, as well as herbal teas. Solomatina recommends drinking them 1-1.5 hours before bedtime. They help you fall asleep, and during sleep, somatotropic hormone is produced, which is responsible for maintaining muscle mass. But problems with sleep can lead to additional weight gain;
  • chicory with cinnamon and milk. This drink calms the nervous system, relieves stress, lowers blood pressure and blood sugar levels, which generally helps to lose weight;
  • sports protein shakes. They help maintain weight if taken at night, since muscles recover best at night;
  • tea and coffee. Sugar-free, caffeinated drinks are beneficial in the morning. They accelerate metabolic processes, improve the functioning of intestinal microflora and have a positive effect on digestion processes.

But soda, tea and coffee with sugar, as well as alcohol and clarified juices can make you fat, so if you want to be slim, it’s better not to drink them, warns Elena Solomatina in an interview with Komsomolskaya Pravda (18+).
