In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the “black sky” regime was extended in several urban and rural settlements. First Deputy Minister of Ecology of the region Yulia Gumenyuk spoke about this in her telegram channel.
Thus, from 19:00 on March 2 to 13:00 on March 3, a regime of unfavorable meteorological conditions will be in effect in the Evenki municipal district, the Krasnoyarsk group of districts (Emelyanovsky, Balakhtinsky, Novoselovsky, Mansky, Berezovsky districts), the Kansk group of districts (Uyarsky, Rybinsky, Kansky, Irbeysky, Sayansky districts) and in the city of Krasnoyarsk.
From 19:00 on March 2 to 19:00 on March 3 on the territory of urban and rural settlements of the Minusinsk group of districts (Idrinsky, Minusinsky, Krasnoturansky, Kuraginsky, Karatuzsky, Ermakovsky districts).
Industrial enterprises are required to reduce atmospheric emissions by at least 20%.
