Andrei Prepelita (40 years old), three-time champion of Romania with FCSB, analyzed in the Gazeta Sporturilor studio, on the show “GSP Live Special”, moderated by Mihai Mironică, the red-blue game on Sunday evening, from Arad, in the 4-2 win against UTAbut insufficient to qualify for the play-off. He also had a standout, central midfielder Mihai Lixandru (24 years old).
Without any chance to enter the play-off, after all the results recorded before, FCSB broke loose in Arad, in round #29. And Mihai Lixandru was the one who quickly set the tone, in the 11th minute, signing the “double” later, in the 33rd minute. In the second half, he also provided a decisive assist, on Bîrligea's goal, and after the match, the former champion with FCSB, Andrei Prepelita, had only words of praise for him.
“Balanced” and “complete” were the words used by the former Unirea Slobozia coach to describe Lixandru, a player listed at one million euros on the specialized website Transfermarkt.

“Most of them had a good evolution tonight. That's why I say, I think that ease came once and with this goal that went, it was consumed, it's gone… And they had fun. I think that even though they are FCSB players and they have so much experience, there was also pressure for them to win these two games, to pay attention to what the other teams are doing.
Lixandru is a balanced player, a player who brings balance to the team. He is the player who stays in front of the defenders all the time. But, we see that he is also a player who reaches the edge of the box, shoots, scores, has that “one-two” action, gives and goes, enters the box… I mean, for me he is a complete player.
Being a Romanian player as well, I think that maybe… I really don't know now if he ever had the chance to be called up to the national team, but…
I think that for how much he suffered, that he also had some injuries and at one point he carried the burden in the midfield there, in a tough team like FCSB, I think he deserves a chance too”, said Andrei Prepelita, on the show “GSP Live Special”.
