The Israeli Defense Minister said that Israeli troops are carrying out an attack on targets in Iran. The approximately 30 targets in Iran's largest cities included the headquarters of the Iranian authorities and services, as well as military facilities. American media, citing sources in the services, report that the attack was carried out jointly by Israel and the United States. There are recordings and videos on social media showing columns of smoke over the capital of Iran, Tehran.
