Alexey Blinovsky is in a hurry to get rid of the house in Istra, where his mother and grandchildren now live. The cost of luxury real estate had to be reduced by 250 million rubles – from the original billion.
According to Mash, the house with an area of 1,700 square meters cannot be sold – the tax debt will not pay itself off. So far there are no buyers even for 750 million rubles, despite the substantial discount. The mansion has 6 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a swimming pool, a hammam, a gym with access to a hundred-meter terrace, an office and a master’s apartment of 100 square meters. For servants there is a separate kitchen and 2 apartments.
Blinovsky hardly appears there now, as he participates in investigative activities in the cases of his wife and Elman Pashayev, against whom he previously testified. His four children live in the house with their grandmother, Alexei’s mother.
