Agro-industrial enterprises of the Krasnoyarsk Territory received about 9 million rubles to attract young specialists to the industry

This year, agricultural enterprises of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, which took students for internships, received about 9 million rubles from the state.
The funds are intended to pay for labor and accommodation of students. These are future livestock specialists, agricultural production specialists, agronomists, veterinarians, agricultural engineers and other specialists.
“In 2025, we held several selections in this area. agricultural enterprises can reimburse up to 90% of the costs of wages and accommodation for students. The support measure is in demand among agricultural enterprises, since it is in practice that young people decide to remain permanently employed in production,” noted the region’s Minister of Agriculture Dmitry Voropaev.

For example, the Maltat fish farming complex this year attracted 172 students from KrasSAU, Minusinsk Agricultural College, Balakhta Agrarian College and educational institutions of other regions for internship.
“Support measures to subsidize wages help us build human resources. This year, 18 students chose our enterprise as their first place of work,” said Danil Prokhorenko, economist at Maltat LLC.
Subsidies for wages and accommodation for students are one of the areas of the federal project “Personnel in the Agro-Industrial Complex” of the national project “Technological Ensuring Food Security”. Also, as part of the project, agricultural enterprises receive compensation for concluded student target contracts.
At the expense of the regional budget, young specialists receive social payments for settling in the countryside, agricultural enterprises are partially compensated for the costs of building service houses, and a number of other measures are in place.
