“However, according to the materials of the criminal case announced in court by the prosecutor himself, funds in the amount of 4.6 million rubles spent on the purchase of metal, as well as 300 thousand rubles taken into account by the manager, were returned in full before the filing of claims. The bankruptcy trustees presented unreasonable demands, knowing about their insolvency, confirmed by the available documents. This is a fact of signs of a criminal offense on their part,” explained lawyer Alexander Khropot.

At the request of the defense, the court supported the direction of materials to the investigative department No. 3 of the Krasnoyarskoye Municipal Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, since the actions of the victims showed signs of a crime under Part 3 of Article 30, Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted fraud on an especially large scale).
