Daniel Mthimkhulu, 49, from South Africa, was put on trial and sentenced to 15 years in prison for falsifying his qualifications. In his resume, he indicated that he studied at a prestigious university and doctoral studies in Germany, but it turned out that the man only had a secondary education.
