The team of legendary deputy Vitaly Nalivkin faces up to 15 years in prison. Another case was brought against the creators of the sketches under the article on the manufacture of explosives.
Two years ago, producer Semyon Vavilov and director Andrei Klochkov were already charged with hooliganism. A new article arrived after the release of the video “Vitaly Nalivkin prevented a terrorist attack.” According to the plot, a local official clears a bag forgotten at a bus stop using a fake grenade launcher.
Lawyer Galina Antonets told us: Vavilov and Klochkov face up to 15 years in prison. If they prove in court that they used pyrotechnics for hooligan reasons and made them themselves.
The author of the show told Mash: the team was exclusively engaged in creativity, there are no hints or delays to look for in it. And even more so – hooliganism.
“How are ordinary films and TV series made? Or can their creators also be declared hooligans and put in prison? I don’t understand what we are guilty of. We will do our best to prove our innocence.”
Nalivkin himself ended his career due to health problems.
