In an exclusive report for the sports site of Hotnews, GOLAZO.ro, the former Jordanian CS Păulești coach Faddi Haddad (pictured) stated that, during his tenure, the club management tried to impose certain things on him, but he refused.

“I had come to Păulești because a serious project was needed. They called me to rebuild the face of the team. I started training early, the process changed a lot and I brought in famous, experienced players. The team was doing well, I won many matches, up all the time. In the match with Sepsi 2 (0-1) I was asked certain things that did not match my character and I told the players that I am not suitable for such a thing.

The people putting money into the club, on the pitch, before the game, we were on the pitch. They told me to make the “wrong” team, but I didn't accept it. I said this to the Ploiesti Police and the Integrity Commission. I made the team as I wanted! Claudiu Blaga (the team's financier) is one of them.

The match in Blejoi (0-2) had been a big question mark. Some things didn't work out for them, we had to score more goals.

This is the truth we live in Romania! We need to make a change, not accept it. If we accept, we deserve our fate,” said Faddi Haddad.
