A law banning quadrobers from walking is being prepared in the State Duma. They want to punish people for walking with collars, leashes, hanging out in cages, and promoting the movement in general.
As one of the developers, Tatyana Butskaya, said, the measure will affect advertising in the media and the Internet, as well as all forms of imitation of animals. For example: promenade with collars, muzzles, feeding from bowls and hanging out in cages. It’s also quadrobing (plus furries and therians).
Now the antics of the “tailed ones” are being promoted online and are corrupting children, deputies say. Therefore, the text is approved, then it is registered in the document flow system
