The platform will provide detailed information on all sales offers made by heads of tax offices, which is intended to ensure greater accessibility and transparency of these processes.

In accordance with the project assumptions, the portal will enable anyone interested to browse offers without having to log in and track the auctions in real time. Participation in auctions will require creating an account on the platform and confirming your identity, for example using the login.gov.pl system.
The new regulations also aim to limit undesirable behavior during auctions, such as collusion between participants. The introduction of the KAS eAuctions Portal is intended to strengthen social control over administration activities and improve the protection of the interests of tax debtors.
The government assumes that the portal will be launched no later than June 30, 2026, although the final date of the project implementation will depend on the date of entry into force of the adopted regulations.. According to the plan, the new regulations will enter into force 14 days after their publication in the Journal of Laws.
