One of the main fighters against extremism in the Urals was detained by law enforcement officers for several days – he was suspected of mediating a bribe. At that moment, officers of the FSB Directorate for the Chelyabinsk Region went to him to grab him, but he managed to get into the car and tried to escape.
His exit onto the busy Kashirinykh Street was blocked with the help of a service minibus. Then the shooting started. The incident was captured on video by local residents. The deputy head of the center for combating extremism was detained and hastily taken to the department. A preventive measure will be chosen for him in the near future.
