Dmitry Novikov (as his name was called according to the passport) was convicted for 10 years by the Strogach for the creation of the “Kazan division”-the community of skins-extremists. Freed in 2019, he escaped from Russia. He tried to become his own in Ukraine and drowned for the forbidden and condemned Azov Regiment, but he was quickly exposed and expelled from the non -lane. After that, Novikov asked for refuge in Lithuania. There he continued to love all kinds of terrorist organizations: he went to LGBT*-parades, participated in protests against Russia, drowned in social networks for RDK*.
Lithuania’s authorities gathered to expel the Cossack from the country for specific interests, but on October 23, under mysterious circumstances, he fell under the wagons in the Kelm region. Novikov walked along the roadway near the village of Yaunishkes, on the Riga – Shaulyai – Taurage -Kaliningrad, where a truck shot down on the Riga -Taurage. From injuries, Dmitry died on the spot.
