Higher minimum age for an electric scooter. An important change also for agricultural tractors
The minimum age to ride an electric scooter on a public road will also change. So far it has been 10 years. From March 3, the age limit will be raised to 13 years.
The last change is of a technical nature. The maximum speed of agricultural and municipal tractors on public roads will increase from 30 to 40 km per hour.
The legislator justifies this decision with technological progress – modern machines have better braking systems and lighting, which allows for safe movement at higher speeds. The change is also intended to improve agricultural transport.
