LOT Polish Airlines expand the winter connection network. For two months, passengers will be able to use direct connections to Rovaniemi – the capital of the Finnish Lapland region.
This is a direction for all lovers of Christmas attractions, amateurs of sky performances aurora or those who want to use snow madness behind the Arctic Circle.
Flights twice a week
Flights to Rovanie will start on November 27, 2025 with a frequency of two cruises a week – every Thursday and Sunday. Lo477 cruises will start to Rovaniemi at 11:35, while Lo478 cruises will start at 16:50.
In both directions, PLL LOT aircraft will traverse the designated route for 2 hours and 45 minutes. The connection will be implemented until February 1, 2026.

What to see in Rovaniemi and Lapland?
Rovaniemi is the heart of the Lapland region. The city is known in exceptional winter landscapes. It is also a good place for all Christmas lovers – there is a Santa's village there. Each year, she is visited by over half a million tourists. The attraction is also the northern lights, which in Rovaniemi can be seen for about 150 nights of the year – from the end of August to mid -April.
