Luis Diaz (29), Bayern's left winger, has convinced himself that the German champions are no joke when it comes to discipline. The Colombian is forced to learn German, after the Bavarians provided him with a clause in the contract. Otherwise, he risks paying a fine of 50,000 euros. The former Liverpool player has to do three lessons a week.

Luis Diaz is having a formidable season at Bayern. In 33 games played, he scored 19 goals and provided 15 assists, all these achievements in just six months. The performances of the 29-year-old Colombian have already convinced everyone, from teammates and supporters to coach Vincent Kompany.

For the Bundesliga leader, it's not just what Luis Diaz does on the football pitch that matters, but also how he communicates and socialises. It is very important to obey the disciplinary rules set by Bayern.

Lucho is smart, he has this chaotic creativity. andit kills this chaos, and that's what makes it so dangerous. I don't think he thinks too much about things in those moments, he just senses the opportunity. As a defender, you think you have the ball and then all of a sudden he takes an extra step or changes direction. Either he shoots at the end or these fouls happen where he takes shots from 11 meters. With many top players, you just know what they're going to do next

If he does not show interest in learning German well, Luis Diaz could be fined by Bayern with 50,000 euros!

“The tests are not over for the ex-Liverpool player,” writes the German media, who have learned that Bayern Munich have decided to activate a special clause in the player's contract.

The Bavarians “force” him to take three German lessons a week, with a teacher provided by the club and with constant monitoring of the progress made. If he fails to learn, he will be fined 50,000 euros!

It is not the first time that Bayern Munich has chosen this strategy. The goal is to further improve the on-field relationship between Diaz and his teammates. The clause was activated just a few weeks ago. It is not a surprise for the Colombian winger, already aware of this when he signed with Vincent Kompany's team.
