Rospotrebnadzor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory seized 50 pairs of unmarked shoes in the Norilsk Planet store on Pavlova Street.
The basis for the unscheduled visit of specialists was the triggering of risk indicators in the “Honest Sign” system. In the sales area they found rubber boots, flip-flops, galoshes, sneakers, sneakers, sandals, slippers and slippers, which lacked the information required by law: information about the manufacturer and seller, composition of materials, date of manufacture, model, mark of circulation of products on the EAEU market.
“Based on this fact, a case of administrative offense was initiated against the entrepreneur under Part 2 of Art. 15.12 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. The court imposed a fine on IP Kalashyan A.D., and 50 pairs of illegal shoes are subject to confiscation. The resolution has not yet entered into force,” Rospotrebnadzor said.
