A clothing market is burning in Noginsk near Moscow—smoke from the fire has engulfed the entire city. The fire started in the indoor market building with an area of 3 square meters. The flames spread throughout the entire area in 20 minutes.
Most sellers did not have time to save their goods. No people were hurt. More than 80 rescuers and 26 fire engines are on site.
